Everyone was invited to a warm-up to the main OneBeat ABQ performance on November 1st at the Rail Yards. Sister Bar hosted musicians from across ABQ and around the world in a rolling, spontaneous music and dance improv session, involve ABQ musicians and dancers from Maple Street Dance Space. The dancers lead the community in dances complementing musical styles ranging from Colombian Psychedelic Rock to Appalachian fiddling to Zimbabwean traditionals.  Audiences had a chance to be a part of this unique music and geo-political dialogue, and hang out with an incredible crew of musicians from every corner of the globe.
