Lead Presenter Bio, Lea Anderson
Lea Anderson, a San Diego native, is the Guest Curator for the current exhibition Flatlanders & Surface Dwellers at 516 ARTS. She has been an active member of the Albuquerque art community for nine years and has discovered much during her adventures in the dramatic, colorful, and wild desert environment. She has exhibited throughout the United States as well as internationally in Bangkok, Thailand in 2010. She holds an MFA in Painting and Drawing from the UNM and is currently a Full Time Professor of Studio Art at Central New Mexico Community College.
