Schreiber, UNM Professor of American Studies, this forum features: Edgar Picazo, Editor-in-Chief, Azul Arena, a nonprofit based in El Paso and Ciudad Juu00e1rez, who assisted Minerva Cuevas in working with local artists who contributed artwork to the exhibition; Juana Estrada Hernu00e1ndez, an artist in the MIGRATORY exhibition and a DACA recipient; Carol Suzuki, Professor of Law, UNM Law School, UNM Border Justice Initiative (BJI), which provides legal representation of immigrants, particularly women and children, who have arrived at the southern border of the United States in flight from dangerous conditions in their countries of origin in search of better lives; and Jessica Corley, Executive Director, ABQ FaithWorks Collaborative, a faith-based, non-profit organization providing services to asylum seekers resident in the Albuquerque area awaiting adjudication of their asylum cases.
