516 ARTS invites K-12 educators for a free workshop designed to support teaching by engaging with the exhibition Cromu00e1tica by Tania Candiani, and by offering professional development around ideas and strategies for emotional learning in the classroom.

The workshop includes an exhibition tour by Viola Arduini, Education & Outreach Coordinator, focusing on educational ideas and opportunities that can connect contemporary art to classroom learning. Special guest educator, Magdalena Karlick, who has worked many years with school-age children, families and teachers as a school counselor and as a child and family therapist, will co-lead the event and will explore how to incorporate emotional learning that link topics of Cromu00e1tica to the classroom curriculum.
